Dear Esteemed Shareholders,

The amazing journey into the August 2024, we are filled with excitement about the fresh growth  opportunities that lie ahead. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to all those who have contributed their time, talent, know-how, financial resources, services, and supply-chain expertise.

METAXCHANGE AI, INC. is now embarking on an exciting journey towards filing for its IPO. While our initial plan was to register with the OTC Market, we have set our sights on NYSE or the American Stock Exchange part of the prestigious NY Stock Exchange.

METAXCHANGE, through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, is generating over millions in consolidated global Gross Annual Revenue. The company supports the digital economy through its subsidiaries, clients, supply chains, media publishers, TV networks, brands, distribution channels, and government partnerships. METAXCHANGE leverages the NETSTAIRS-powered iCDN as an Interactive Broadcast, Collaboration, and Communications Platform as a Service (iBCC-PaaS).

Recognizing and maximizing revenue while identifying acqusition pain-points, METAXCHNAGE AI team will apply best use of science to enable forward looking projection such as K Media & MITA and Grand San Miguel Marketing utilize and monetize through subscribers and advertisers over a span of five years.  The strategic move will enable METAXCHANGE AI to offer lucrative value to own supply-chain and consumers of purchased products.

The impacful advertising opportunities and sponsorship will begin by introduction of innovative iCDN platforms delivering DIGITAL MEDIA ROOMs made for various consumer segment such as Beer Club Membership Platform, Beverage World Rooms, and ways to serve as "Data Clean Rooms." consumers preferred brands. Additionally, DMC / DMR  (Channels / Rooms) are designed to thrive in the post-cookies era by ensuring real-time interaction with enhanced privacy measures to prevent real-time and streaming services.

To achieve the aforementioned goals, we have devised a two-fold strategy that centers around "Client & Brand Acquisition" through both organic growth and strategic M&A activities. As time progresses, the METAXCHANGE AI Universe will be enriched by a portfolio of acquired companies, each holding hidden value. When we acquire a company, we not only gain its assets, but also its valuable customer base with long-term potential for a greater ROI. This allows us to build a robust predictive foundation and increase the number of subscribers and advertisers through our cutting-edge DCR platform.

We are excited to announce that we are working towards creation of zero to $100 million in annual revenue in less than a year.  We plan to close Pre-IPO Tier II Reg A+ and proceed with our IPO on the NYSE in 2025.
