Jack Craciun III
Jack Craciun III, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, has extensive management experience as Chairman, CEO and more than 45 years of global business experience in the USA, European Union, and the Pacific Rim regarding third-world market industrial and economic development that includes, but is not limited to, global broadcasting, manufacturing, Technology transfer, capital funding, and multilateral trade relations programs. As an American-educated, globally recognized China Specialist who’s literally earth-shaking work in the fields of global FM Radio broadcasting and commercial Cross Cultural Exchanges. In 1964, Mr. Craciun graduated from Saint John Kanty Prep of Erie PA., a Catholic private school run by the Fathers of the Vincentian Order of Poland. The Vincentians are often referred to as the CIA of the Vatican. His academic studies include attending Ohio’s University of Toledo, where he pursued a degree in Business Administration. During his second year at university, Jack was called home to run the Craciun funeral home, where he buried all of his friends who were killed in Vietnam. Jack’s career in marketing began in 1967 when he became Regional Promotions Director for Liberty-Blue Note Records. In six months on the job, his marketing and sales team broke the Fifth Dimension's hit song, "Up, Up, and Away," and Vicky Carr's "It Must Be Him," promoting sales in excess of 2 million records. Drawn by the dynamics of print and broadcast media news, advertising and promotions, Jack returned to Cleveland and became an account executive with Spizel Advertising. There he contributed to the production and marketing of the most successful fundraising program in the history of the Cleveland Orchestra at that time, featuring the Cleveland Browns and helping the agency win numerous advertising and public relations awards. Along with two other associates in 1970, Jack founded the WNCR FM radio station of Cleveland, Ohio which became the first commercially successful FM radio station in America. In 1974, Mr. Craciun established CIII Productions, Inc., which produced and marketed a variety of global entertainment cross cultural exchange projects in the broadcast and entertainment industries as a record, video, and film producer. In 2006, Mr. Craciun produced The First Rock Concert in Military History to Kick-off the Bicentennial of the USA, and established the Robert F. Kennedy Scholarship Fund, the first deferred sentencing program of non-violent offenders in American judicial history and he produced the first radio-thon in broadcasting history to combat youth crime. For these accomplishments, Jack was granted life time Senator of the United States Jaycee Junior Chamber International. Along with live event and film/video productions, media broadcast communication programing, cross cultural exchange, cross-over artist development, and third-world market economic development, Mr. Craciun has consistently and repeatedly redefined the branding, marketing and merchandising of consumer products and communication technologies, based on establishing broadcast networks and defining new demographic research niches to deliver new consumer expendable income ratios to third world countries around the world. Upon entering China in 1985 to pioneer as a nation-builder with a legacy of trendsetting global cross cultural exchange accomplishments in the fields of Industry, Finance, Broadcast Communications, Technology Transfer, Education and Entertainment, Mr. Craciun founded ITM Ltd. (Group). Under the umbrella of ITM Ltd. (Group), four divisions were formed, The ITM Communications Division being established in 1985, The ITM Trading and Capital Fund Division established in 1986 and 1987, and The ITM Consumer Product Division in 2007. Since 1999, he has led ITM (US) Ltd., a globally recognized industrial development, technology transfer, and consumer product manufacturing, distribution, branding and licensing company, in redefining global cross cultural exchange accomplishments in the fields of industry, finance, broadcast communications, entertainment, therapeutic nutrition, and related fields of education. ITM established Leon Lai (Lai Ming), “The Heavenly King,” Hong Kong's Canto-pop teen idol, as the first Asian international crossover artist of the new millennium. Leon Lai began his internationally-acclaimed Asian tour in 1994, and, by the late 1990’s, was performing sold-out concerts in Las Vegas, Vancouver, Toronto, and around the Pacific Rim. In 2006, Mr. Craciun founded The First Dragon Foundation™ Ltd. (non-profit Co.), The First Dragon Publishing Co.™, Ltd., The Future of Medicine™ (TFM), Inc., and The Future of Medicine Foundation™, Ltd (non-profit Co).
In September 2017, Jack Craciun returned to China to further ITM’s China cross cultural exchange initiatives by building upon his life’s work and ITM's 33-year dedication to marketing the culture of China to the world. During his return to China, he was honored by a request to make a keynote speech celebrating the merger of two of China’s most dynamic law firms in December 2018, Dehuai Law Firm, headed by Dr. Tang Jinlong, Chairman of the China Finance & Industry Group. On June 11, 2018, he attended a Signing Ceremony to commemorate his appointment as Honorary Director of the Board of Directors and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the China Finance & Industry Group (CFIG).
In early 2021, Scott Tips, J.D., President and General Counsel for the National Health Federation (NHF) and the Foundation for Health Research (FHR), appointed Jack to the position of Executive Director of Communications and Fundraising for the Foundation for Health Research and to the Board of Advisors of both NHF, FHR and the HEALTH FREEDOM NEWS global magazine publication.
With his unexpected departure, Mr. Craciun expired on October 16th 20123. RIP Jack.
