M.Vijjayandran is an entrepreneur, bringing 25 years of experience to the METAXCHANGE.AI, INC.  As COO and Director, after graduation in 1993, with a Post Graduate 2^nd Class Upper Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Federal Institute of Technology in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he began his career as an outsource technical contractor. As an Assistant Technician performing various tasks and assignments, he engaged in entrepreneurial projects in the BFIS market. Moreover, transformed his career into ICT - Information, Communications & Technology industry. Since 2010, Mr. Vijjay has assumed VYPA Corporation's management responsibilities in promoting worldwide license platforms distribution of NETSTAIRS.COM, INC., with primary focus in the ASIAN Market. He continues to perform fiduciary responsibilities as the Managing Director of VYPA Malaysia Sdn Bhd while performing assigned duties at METAXCHANGE.AI, INC. Moreover, for the transparency and disclosure, Mr. M. Vijjay is currently president of VYPA Corporation, FT. Lauderdale, Florida, USA, and a member of Board of DIrectors at MAXWELL RAND INC., a private portfolio holding, and growth strategy company domiciled in Fort Lauderdale, Florida since 2001.
